The occupant farmer antlerless shotgun permit season permit is valid only on the farm occupied and designated in the application and are not transferable from deer management zone to deer management zone, or from farm to farm or from individual to individual. The antlered shotgun occupant permit is valid in any zone which the farmer has a season antlerless permit for that season. The occupant farmer shotgun permit season permit hunter is responsible for hunting on the correct farm in the correct DMZ as indicated and in ascertaining the boundaries.
