The application form shall be filled in to include: Conservation ID Number or name, age, size of farm, address, social security number, and any other information requested thereon. Properly completed application forms will be accepted during the period of June 1 to October 1. After that date, permits may not be received in time for the opening day of the season. There is no fee required, and all qualified applicants will receive a farmer muzzleloader rifle permit season permit, delivered by mail.
