EAB on private lands East of the Blue Ridge in the counties of: Accomack, Albemarle, Amherst (west of Rt. 29), Bedford, Chesterfield, Culpeper, Fauquier, Franklin, Greene, Hanover, Henrico, James City, Madison, Orange, Prince George, Rappahannock, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and York. Within a license year and within each individual county listed above, hunters must harvest at least one antlerless deer before taking a second antlered deer on private lands in that county. Furthermore, where it is legal to harvest a third antlered deer on private lands, a hunter must take at least 2 antlerless deer before taking a third antlered deer on private lands in that county (e.g., before taking a second buck on private land in Bedford, you must take at least 1 antlerless deer on private land in Bedford; before taking a third buck on private land in Bedford, you must take at least 2 antlerless deer on private land in Bedford).
