Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection 3.101(10) regarding the kind of deer that may be taken, a person with unused kill tags valid for both an antlered and antlerless deer for the deer management unit in which they are hunting, and killing a male antlerless deer, may tag the male antlerless deer with a kill tag designated in subsection 3.101(10) for the taking of an antlered deer.
