Supplemental feeding of deer, counties listed, conditions. A person may engage in the supplemental feeding of deer in Ontonagon, Houghton, Keweenaw, Baraga, Alger, Luce, Gogebic, Marquette, Schoolcraft, Mackinac, Chippewa, Iron, Dickinson, Delta, and Menominee counties if all the following apply: (a) The placement of feed shall not begin before January 1 and shall not extend beyond May 15. (b) All conditions in section 3.100a (7) of this order are met.
