Deer Tagging and Harvest Reporting in CWD Counties: For 1st and 2nd Deer Firearm Seasons Only: If a hunter is not able to locate a harvested deer in sufficient time to check it in by 8 p.m., the hunter must take their deer to the check station upon its opening at 8 a.m. or immediately upon retrieving it the following day.
