Counties Open to Hunting (all harvest reported electronically via phone or online registration): Information and a map of counties composing the late winter antlerless-only deer hunting zone for 2026/2027 will be available around 1 Oct at: dnr.illinois.gov/hunting/deerhunting During the 2025/2026 hunting season, 27 counties were open for the late winter antleress-only deer season and 21 Illinois counties were open to CWD deer season.
