Authorized license dealers Nov. 23, 2026 Nonresident Archery-Only Deer with an annual Arizona Nonresident Combo Hunt/Fish License Online only at otcarchery.azgfd.com Nov. 2, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. (Arizona time) Hunters who opted to receive electronic tags, will have immediate access to their archery-only deer nonpermit-tag after validation. (You must sign into your AZGFD Portal Account and opt in to participate in the electronic tag program prior to purchasing your nonpermit-tag in order to receive it electronically.) For customers not participating in the electronic tag program, the nonpermit-tag will be mailed out no later than Dec. 1.
